Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Solve Consulting (“we”, “our”, “us”) for any consulting service, or by accessing our website, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. These Terms, together with any service agreement or engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solve Consulting.

2. Services Provided

Solve Consulting provides administrative and procedural consulting services to individuals, families, and corporations in Türkiye. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Residence permit and citizenship applications
Title deed and real estate procedures
Utility subscriptions and municipality processes
Tax office registrations and procedures
Educational equivalency (YÖK) applications
Civil registration services
Business establishment and company registration

All services are subject to the specific scope agreed upon between Solve Consulting and the Client. We do not provide legal representation, legal advice, or tax advisory services. Clients requiring legal counsel are advised to consult a licensed attorney.

3. Client Obligations

In order for Solve Consulting to deliver services effectively, the Client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation and information as requested
Notify Solve Consulting promptly of any changes to personal circumstances that may affect the application or procedure
Respond to requests for additional documents or clarifications in a timely manner
Ensure that all documents submitted are genuine and legally valid

Solve Consulting shall not be held liable for delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the Client.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Service Fees
All fees for services rendered by Solve Consulting will be specified in the service agreement or quotation provided to the Client prior to engagement. Fees are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) or another agreed currency and are exclusive of government fees, official charges, notary fees, and translation costs unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit may be required before commencement of services
Remaining balances are due upon completion of the agreed scope or at milestones specified in the service agreement
Invoices are payable within 7 business days of issuance unless otherwise agreed

4.3 Late Payments
Solve Consulting reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. Any outstanding balances overdue by more than 14 days may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of administrative and procedural consulting services, fees paid for work already commenced are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Solve Consulting under the following conditions:

The Client cancels services prior to any work commencing, in which case only the deposit may be forfeited
Solve Consulting is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control

Government fees, official charges, and third-party costs paid on behalf of the Client are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solve Consulting acts as a facilitator and consultant. We do not guarantee the approval of any application, permit, or procedure by any government authority, as final decisions rest solely with the relevant official institutions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solve Consulting shall not be liable for:

Rejection of applications by government authorities
Delays caused by official institutions, changes in law, or force majeure events
Losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Solve Consulting treats all Client information with the strictest confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law. 8. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, guides, and processes developed by Solve Consulting remain the intellectual property of Solve Consulting. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any such materials without prior written consent.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Client
The Client may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to Solve Consulting. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination will remain payable.

9.2 Termination by Solve Consulting
Solve Consulting reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if:

The Client provides false, fraudulent, or misleading information
The Client engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct toward our staff
Payment obligations are not met after reasonable notice

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

11. Amendments

Solve Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
